Cedar, mahogany, pressure-treated, composite. Cleaned with the right chemistry for the species. Ready for stain or seal.
Wood is alive — even after it's been cut. Aggressive pressure washing shreds the soft fibers between the harder grain, leaving boards furry, gray, and primed to fail. We use a percarbonate-based wood cleaner, gentle pressure, and a brightening rinse that returns the wood to its natural color.
Composite decks have their own quirks. Some brands stain easily under high pressure. We handle each accordingly.
If you're planning to stain or seal afterward, we can coordinate timing — wood needs to be cleaned, dry, and properly prepped before any product goes on.
